ZAZU also grows at MacBryde Farm a few minutes from the restaurant. MacBryde Farm is also home to the ZAZU flock of chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigs, sheep, rabbits, goats and more. The kitchen’s vegetable scraps feed the animals. The eggs go into john’s handmade pastas.
