Kim Duerner, Bar Boss

Kim grew up in Sonoma County and has served, bartended, and managed in the restaurant industry for fifteen years. Bartending is her passion and she loves creating cocktails as well as the concept of farm-to-table. Kim finds inspiration in her cocktails from her travels through New Orleans, Italy, and Mexico. You’ll find her using many of the herbs from the garden in various infusions, tinctures, and cocktails. Kim has fun barrel-aging various classic cocktails for our monthly Barrel Aged Cocktail Night, held the first Friday of every month!

Kim is a student at the SRJC working toward a degree in Anthropology. She is also an animal lover and enjoys the outdoors in beautiful Sonoma County. She is excited for the future of things to come at Zazu!
