Lacy Anderson, Bar Boss

Bar Boss Lacy Anderson brings more than 15 years of industry experience to zazu kitchen + farm’s full bar.

She and her husband, Chef Trevor Anderson, spent their first eight years in California living on a small farm in Sonoma where they raised their own meat and farmed their own vegetables.

Along with being able to recommend the perfect wine pairing from our selection of local wines, she also creates signature barrel-aged cocktails and farm fresh libation for our cocktail menu. Lacy’s experience began in Yountville at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro where she honed her skills as a bartender and received extensive wine education in California and French wines. She also co-managed Michelin star rated Ubuntu Restaurant in Napa and help set up bar programs for Cook St.Helena and Campo Fina in Healdsburg. Her vast service experience makes her a vital part of the zazu kitchen + farm team.
